COMBINING BREAST IMPLANTS WITH FAT GRAFTING

One of the problems with breast augmentation is that there is often not enough breast tissue to disguise the presence of the implants and give beautiful, natural appearing breasts.  This is especially true with very thin
women or women who have had previous complications with breast implants such as capsular contracture.

By combining fat grafting to enhance the natural shape of the breast with sub-muscular breast implants, patients get the best of both worlds and results that are not achievable with only one method.

Fat grafting, while it utilizes one’s own tissues and has the secondary benefit of sculpting the areas where the fat is harvested, rarely provides the desired volume or shape by itself.

Fat grafting with breast implants, especially when breast implants are placed beneath the muscle, give the best and most natural results.  This new breast augmentation method can provide a larger increase in breast volume, can improve and maintain more youthful and perky breasts, and also better disguise the appearance of a breast implant.

Combining these two modalities finally gives patients the opportunity to get larger breasts with more upper pole fullness while at the same time maintaining the natural look and feel of the breasts.  Click here to read more about Dr. Eric Sadeh's breast augmentation approach or you can view his breast augmentation before and after gallery here.
